Under the Real Foreign Experience programme, 130 students majoring in Foreign Languages and Communication explored Malaysia and Singapore. The program’s goals are to encourage students to acquire cross-cultural communication and to expose them to languages in real-world contexts. For language learners, this is an extremely practical and helpful programme. It not only gives them greater confidence when speaking, but it also enables them to understand various cultures and interact appropriately with others from those cultures
